Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities to ensure optimal efficiency.
• Oversee repair and maintenance of equipment, machinery, and systems.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Install new HVAC systems and components according to specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance on heating and cooling systems to ensure efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with electrical, HVAC, low voltage, plumbing, etc.
• Repair HVAC equipment, including refrigeration units, boilers, and plumbing systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to understand system designs.
• Conduct inspections of HVAC systems to identify issues or potential improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation records of work performed, including service reports and inventory management.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding service needs and recommendations.

Salary: $30-$33 per hour DOE

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. Theideal candidatewill be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to ensure optimal system performance.

You will also fully service the maintenance operations at our communities. Theideal candidatewill have expertise in maintenance management, project management, and general maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Familiarity with electrical systems, refrigeration techniques, boiler operations, low voltage, HVAC, plumbing, etc.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills as a service technician, capable of diagnosing issues quickly.
• Strong communication skills for effective and positive interaction with clients and team members.
• EPA License (Required)
