Job summary

The Liberty Group is seeking an experienced Certified Apartment Maintenance Tech to join our onsite team. You will diagnose and repair HVAC systems, perform preventative maintenance, and prepare vacant units for turnover while maintaining grounds and documenting work in logs.

Required EPA/CFC/HVAC certification and at least 6 months of on-site apartment maintenance experience. Valid ID, reliable transportation, and your own basic tools are essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds and common areas.

Certified Apartment Maintenance Tech

The Liberty Group is immediately hiring experienced, HVAC-certified Apartment Maintenance Technicians for onsite communities.

Pay ranges from $20 to $22 per hour, depending on experience.

• A/C Certification: EPA/CFC/HVAC certification (as required for the role)
• 6+ months onsite apartment maintenance experience
• Valid government-issued ID
• Reliable transportation
• Own basic tools needed for maintenance work

What you'll do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance on A/C and mechanical systems

Preferred (not required)

• Strong apartment turn / make-ready experience
• Experience in related fields (hotel maintenance, carpentry, rehab, condo) only if you also have onsite apartment experience
