Job summary

The Liberty Group is actively looking for experienced Apartment Maintenance Technicians to service onsite communities in Beaverton, Oregon. Pay ranges from $24 to $26 per hour, depending on experience, with opportunities to advance based on certifications and performance.

Responsibilities include handling resident service requests, performing make-ready repairs to prep vacant units, maintaining grounds, and documenting work in logs.

Qualifications

• 6+ months onsite apartment maintenance experience
• Valid government-issued ID
• Reliable transportation
• Own basic tools needed for maintenance work
• Comfortable completing service requests and apartment turns (make-ready)

The Liberty Group is immediately hiring experienced Apartment Maintenance Technicians for onsite communities.

Pay ranges from $24 to $26 per hour, depending on experience.

What you’ll do

Preferred (not required)

• A/C / HVAC certification (EPA/CFC/HVAC) — pays more
• Strong make-ready/turn experience
• Related experience (hotel maintenance, rehab, condo, carpentry) only if you also have onsite apartment experience
