Job summary

Arcan Capital in the United States seeks an experienced HVAC Technician to maintain and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across our apartment communities. You will diagnose issues, perform preventative maintenance, and respond to service requests with a focus on safety and resident comfort.

This role emphasizes reliable, timely service, collaboration with on-site teams, and adherence to HVAC codes.

Qualifications

• HVAC/EPA certification with 2+ years in residential/multifamily HVAC.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in tight spaces.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems across properties and perform preventive maintenance.
• Respond to service calls and emergencies in a timely manner with accurate records.
• Collaborate with property teams to prioritize repairs and ensure compliance with codes and safety.
• Provide clear communication to residents and support general maintenance or on-call tasks as needed.
