Qualifications
- HVAC/EPA certification with 2+ years in residential/multifamily HVAC.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in tight spaces.
Responsibilities
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems across properties and perform preventive maintenance.
- Respond to service calls and emergencies in a timely manner with accurate records.
- Collaborate with property teams to prioritize repairs and ensure compliance with codes and safety.
- Provide clear communication to residents and support general maintenance or on-call tasks as needed.
