Arcan Capital is seeking an HVAC Technician to maintain and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across our apartment communities. You will diagnose issues, perform preventative maintenance, and respond to service calls with a focus on safety and resident comfort.

The ideal candidate holds an EPA certification, at least 2 years in residential or multifamily HVAC, and can work independently or with on-site teams.

Qualifications

• HVAC/EPA Certification required with at least 2 years of experience in residential or multifamily HVAC maintenance and repair.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in tight or elevated spaces.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; experience with maintenance software is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems, including A/C units, heat pumps, and furnaces.
• Respond to work orders and emergencies in a timely manner and maintain service records.
• Collaborate with property teams to prioritize repairs and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Deliver excellent customer service and assist with general maintenance or on-call duties.
