Job summary

Arcan Capital is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to maintain and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across our apartment communities. You will diagnose issues, perform preventative maintenance, and respond to service requests with urgency and professionalism, ensuring residents' comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• HVAC/EPA Certification with at least 2 years of residential or multifamily HVAC maintenance experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems, and perform preventative maintenance.
• Respond to work orders and emergencies promptly and maintain service records.
• Collaborate with property teams to prioritize repairs and ensure code compliance.
• Deliver customer service and assist with general maintenance or on-call duties as needed.
