Certified HVAC professional with EPA certification and 2+ years in residential or multifamily maintenance.
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, able to work independently or with a team.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities, professional demeanor at all times.

Responsibilities

Inspect, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems including A/C units, heat pumps, and furnaces, performing routine preventive maintenance.
Respond to work orders and emergencies promptly, maintain service records and manage tools and inventory.
Collaborate with property teams to prioritize repairs and ensure HVAC code compliance and safety standards.
Deliver excellent customer service by communicating clearly with residents and assisting with general maintenance or on-call duties.
