Qualifications

• EPA HVAC certification required and 2+ years in residential/multifamily HVAC.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in tight spaces.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience with maintenance software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems including A/C units, heat pumps, and furnaces; perform routine maintenance.
• Respond to work orders and emergencies promptly; maintain service records.
• Collaborate with property teams to prioritize repairs and ensure safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist with on-call duties as needed.
