Job summary

Arcan Capital, LLC. is seeking a certified HVAC Technician to maintain and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across our apartment communities.

You will respond to routine service calls and urgent repairs, working with on-site teams to ensure high-quality service and resident comfort. The ideal candidate has HVAC/EPA certification with at least 2 years in residential or multifamily HVAC, strong diagnostic skills, and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• HVAC/EPA Certification with at least 2 years in residential or multifamily HVAC maintenance and repair.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills; able to work independently and with teams.
• Excellent communication and customer service; professional demeanor.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in tight/elevated spaces.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; experience with maintenance software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems (A/C, heat pumps, furnaces) and perform preventive maintenance.
• Respond to work orders and emergencies, maintain service records and tools inventory.
• Collaborate with property teams to prioritize repairs and ensure safety/code compliance.
• Deliver strong customer service, communicate clearly with residents and team members.
