Job summary

Grace Healthcare Services is hiring a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) in Ocean County, NJ. This full-time role runs 7:00am–3:30pm with potential flexibility and weekend hours. Compensation starts at $20 per hour, plus tolls and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Fluent reading, writing and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, skincare and mobility.
• Plan and prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs.
• Maintain a clean, safe and healthy home environment for patients.
• Accurately document patient care activities using Celltrak.
• Report changes in patient conditions to RN Case Managers.
