Grace Healthcare Services in Burlington, Gloucester and Camden Counties, NJ, seeks a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to provide compassionate in-home care, improving comfort and dignity for patients and families.

You will assist with personal care, meals, and safe home environments, document care using CellTrak, and collaborate with RN Case Managers to monitor patient conditions.

Starting wage is $20 per hour based on experience, with shifts including Part-Time evenings and weekend options.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in English.
• Physical capacity to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout Burlington County.

Position: Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)

Location: Burlington County, Gloucester & Camden Counties, NJ

Compensation: Starting at $20 per hour (based on experience)

Available Shifts

• Part- Time (Monday - Friday): 4:00pm-8:00pm
• Saturday - Sunday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Saturday - Sunday: 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM
• Saturday - Sunday: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Please indicate your preferred schedule when applying. Reliable transportation is required.
