Job summary

Grace Healthcare Services is hiring a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) in Burlington County, NJ. The role requires compassionate care, adherence to patient care plans, and flexibility to cover shifts in Burlington, Gloucester, and Camden counties.

Starting wage is $20 per hour, based on experience. Shifts include Part-Time (Mon-Fri 4:00pm-8:00pm) and weekend coverage on Saturday and Sunday with various afternoon blocks. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Fluent English reading, writing and spoken communication.
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Burlington County.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing, skincare, mobility).
• Preparing simple, nutritious meals per patient care plans.
• Maintaining a safe and clean home environment.
• Accurately documenting care using CellTrak.
• Collaborating with RN Case Managers to monitor and report patient changes.

Position: Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)
Location: Burlington County, Gloucester & Camden Counties, NJ
Compensation: Starting at $20 per hour (based on experience)

Available Shifts

Part- Time (Monday - Friday)

4:00pm-8:00pm

Saturday - Sunday:

7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

3:00 PM - 7:00 PM

4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
