Juniper Communities is hiring care aides to provide physical support to residents, helping them stay engaged, safe, and independent on a full-time basis. The role emphasizes compassionate daily living assistance and strong teamwork within a senior living setting.

Positions include evening shifts (3 pm–11 pm or 2 pm–10 pm) with every-other-weekend requirements; part-time weekend availability also needed. Starting pay is $20 per hour, with a culture that values diversity and inclusion.

Formación

• Education: High school or equivalent (Required)
• Experience: Caregiving: 1 year
• Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) (Required)

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, hair care, shaving, continence management, securing transportation, making and keeping appointments, use of the telephone, dining, and attending Juniper programs.
• Check and monitor vital signs as instructed.
• Effectively communicate with other team members, residents, and families.
• Provide excellent customer service.
