Norman Regional Health System seeks a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to provide specialized rehabilitation for the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder. You will evaluate patients, develop recovery plans, and fabricate custom orthoses as needed.

Role includes supervising staff, coordinating with hand surgeons and therapists, and ensuring thorough documentation of outcomes. A bachelor's degree is required, with DPT/DOT preferred and CHT credential highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in OT or PT required.
• DPT or DOT preferred; OT program graduate with licensure considered.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and establish care plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions suitable for age and disability.
• Document delivery of Occupational Therapy services.
• Directs and supervises OTAs, students and support staff.
• Design, fabricate, fit, and adjust custom orthoses and splints.
• Educate patients on orthoses wear, care and precautions.
• Collaborate with hand surgeons and other clinicians; participate in care planning.
