Job summary

Norman Regional Health System in Oklahoma is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to provide specialized hand and upper-extremity rehabilitation. You will evaluate patients, design recovery plans, fabricate and adjust custom orthoses, and guide therapy for post-surgical and injury cases.

Collaborating with hand surgeons and therapists, you will supervise assistants, document care, educate patients on orthosis wear, and participate in case discussions to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• DPT or OT preferred.
• Graduate of accredited OT program.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and establish plans of care.
• Provide hand/upper-extremity rehab interventions.
• Document Delivery of OT/PT services.
