Norman Regional Health System in Stillwater, Oklahoma is seeking a skilled Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to provide specialized rehabilitation for the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder in outpatient settings. You will evaluate patients, develop recovery plans, and lead a team of therapists and assistants.

Responsibilities include designing and fabricating custom orthoses, post-surgical rehab, scar management, edema control, and coordinating care with hand surgeons and other clinicians.

Formación

• 3+ years of upper-extremity rehab and outpatient therapy experience.
• Current state PT or OT license; CHT credential preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited OT program; Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate patients and establish plans of care for hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder.
• Design, fabricate, fit, and adjust custom orthoses and splints.
• Provide post-surgical and injury rehabilitation including scar management and edema control.
• Collaborate with hand surgeons and other clinicians on care plans.
• Direct and supervise OT assistants, students, and support personnel.
