Job summary

Norman Regional Health System is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to provide specialized rehabilitation for the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder. You will evaluate patients, develop recovery plans, and supervise assistants within an interdisciplinary team.

The role requires 3+ years in upper-extremity rehab, a current PT or OT license, and CHT credentials, with opportunities for advancement in a growing program.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of upper-extremity rehabilitation experience.
• Current state PT or OT license.
• Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential.
• CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and establish plan of care.
• Provide therapeutic interventions for hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder.
• Document Occupational Therapy services.
• Supervise OT Assistants, students, and support staff.
• Design, fabricate, fit, and educate on custom orthoses and splints.
• Treat post-surgical and injury rehabilitation and scar management.
• Collaborate with hand surgeons, physicians, and other therapists.
