Job summary

Norman Regional Health System seeks a Certified Hand Therapist to lead specialized rehabilitation for hand and upper-extremity conditions. You will assess, design, and implement recovery plans while fabricating custom orthoses and guiding therapy teams.

The role requires an OT or PT license, a CHT credential, and a minimum of 3 years in upper-extremity rehab, with strong collaboration across hand surgeons, therapists, and staff. Excellent patient education and documentation are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited OT program.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and establish care plans.
• Provide hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder rehab including splinting.
• Directs supervision of assistants and students; collaborate with surgeons and therapists.
