Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan patient care for hand/upper-extremity rehab.
• Provide custom splinting and orthoses fabrication.
• Document delivery of Occupational Therapy services.
• Supervise OT Assistants, students and support staff.
