Food Management Search is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to join a respected outpatient hand therapy practice in Salem, Oregon. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, with collaboration among hand surgeons in a patient-centered environment.

The role emphasizes individualized hand therapy, evaluation and treatment of upper-extremity injuries, independent work within a supportive team, and opportunities for leadership as the department grows.

Formación

• Active CHT credential required.
• Licensed OT or PT, or eligible for Oregon licensure.
• 2+ years of clinical experience preferred.
• Comfortable practicing independently.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individualized, one-on-one hand therapy services.
• Evaluate and treat upper-extremity injuries and conditions.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with hand surgeons and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation using NextTech.
• Work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
