Job summary

Clear Concepts, Inc. in Salem, OR is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to join our outpatient hand therapy team.

OT or PT with CHT credential preferred; strong collaboration with hand surgeons, patient-centered care, and a supportive, growth-focused environment. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, 11–12 patients daily, 30–60 minute sessions, and a robust benefits package including sign-on bonus, health insurance contributions, PTO, holidays, 401(k) match, CE allowance,

Qualifications

• Active CHT credential required.
• Licensed OT or PT, or eligible for Oregon licensure.
• Master's or doctoral degree in OT or PT.
• 2+ years of clinical experience preferred.
• Comfortable practicing independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, one-on-one hand therapy services.
• Evaluate and treat patients with upper extremity injuries and conditions.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with hand surgeons and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation using NextTech.
• Work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
