Job summary

SteveRecruiter, LLC is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to join its outpatient hand therapy team in Salem, Oregon. The position offers a full-time Monday–Friday schedule with close collaboration with hand surgeons in a patient-centered environment.

You will provide individualized hand therapy, develop treatment plans, and maintain documentation. Strong communication and independent work skills are essential; opportunities for leadership exist as the department grows.

Qualifications

• Active CHT credential required.
• Licensed OT or PT, or eligible for Oregon licensure.
• Master's or doctoral degree in OT or PT.
• 2+ years of relevant clinical experience preferred.
• Comfortable practicing independently.
• Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and patient care skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, one-on-one hand therapy services.
• Evaluate and treat patients with upper extremity injuries and conditions.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with hand surgeons and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation using NextTech.
• Work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
