Job summary
Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to join our outpatient hand therapy practice in Salem, Oregon. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule and close collaboration with hand surgeons in a supportive team environment.
Ideal candidates hold a CHT credential, OT or PT licensure (Oregon or eligible), and 2+ years of clinical experience, with opportunities for professional growth and leadership as the department expands.
Qualifications
- Active CHT credential required
- Licensed OT or PT, or eligible for Oregon licensure
- Master's or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy or qualifying Physical Therapy degree
- 2+ years of relevant clinical experience preferred
- Comfortable practicing independently
- Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and patient care skills
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized, one-on-one hand therapy services
- Evaluate and treat patients with upper extremity injuries and conditions
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Collaborate with hand surgeons and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation using NextTech
- Work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
