Accounting Search is helping a Salem, Oregon hand therapy practice recruit a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to join a small, supportive team partnering with hand surgeons in a patient-centered setting. The role emphasizes independent work within a collaborative clinical environment, with potential leadership growth as the department expands.

Qualifications

• Active CHT credential required.
• Licensed OT or PT, or eligible for Oregon licensure.
• Master's or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy or qualifying Physical Therapy degree.
• 2+ years of relevant clinical experience preferred.
• Comfortable practicing independently.
• Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and patient care skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, one-on-one hand therapy services.
• Evaluate and treat patients with upper extremity injuries and conditions.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with hand surgeons and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation using NextTech.
• Work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
