Job summary

Ashton North LLC in Salem, Oregon, is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to join our outpatient hand therapy team in a full-time role. The selected therapist will provide one-on-one hand therapy, evaluate upper extremity injuries, and develop personalized plans in a collaborative environment with hand surgeons.

Qualifications

• Active CHT credential required.
• OT or PT licensure in Oregon is required/eligible.
• Master's or doctoral degree in OT or PT required or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, one-on-one hand therapy services.
• Evaluate and treat upper extremity injuries and conditions.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with hand surgeons and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation using NextTech.
• Work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
