Job summary

Eden Capital Careers is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to join our Salem, Oregon outpatient hand therapy team. The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, with a strong emphasis on independent practice and collaboration with hand surgeons to deliver patient-centered care.

The successful candidate will hold an active CHT and an OT or PT license for Oregon (or eligibility). Expect a supportive, growth-oriented environment with opportunities for leadership as the department expands.

Qualifications

• Active CHT credential required.
• OT or PT license in Oregon or eligible for licensure.
• Master's or doctoral degree in OT or PT.
• 2+ years of relevant clinical experience preferred.
• Comfortable practicing independently.
• Strong communication, clinical reasoning and patient care skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, one-on-one hand therapy services.
• Evaluate and treat patients with upper extremity injuries and conditions.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with hand surgeons and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation using NextTech.
• Work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
