Job summary

Norman Regional Health System seeks a Certified Hand Therapist to deliver specialized rehabilitation for the hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder. You will evaluate patients, create recovery plans, and fabricate custom orthoses, educating patients on wear and care.

Collaborating with hand surgeons and other clinicians, you will supervise assistants and students, document services, and support post-surgical and injury rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• DPT or OT preferred; accredited OT program.
• 3+ years in upper-extremity rehabilitation and outpatient therapy.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and establish plan of care.
• Develop and implement therapeutic interventions.
• Document delivery of Occupational Therapy services.
