Job summary

Norman Regional Health System in Oklahoma is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist to deliver specialized rehabilitation for the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder, including evaluation, custom splinting, and recovery planning.

You will collaborate with hand surgeons and therapists, supervise assistants, fabricate orthoses, and manage post-surgical and injury rehab, ensuring patient-centered care and strong documentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in upper-extremity rehabilitation and outpatient therapy.
• Licensed PT or OT in the state.
• Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and plan care for hand and upper-extremity patients.
• Provide custom orthoses fabrication and education.
• Directs and supervises OTAs, students, and support staff.
• Collaborate with hand surgeons, orthopedic physicians, and other therapists.
