Job summary

GolfTEC Burlington seeks a Certified Personal Coach to join our community of golf professionals. You will be part of a program-driven team using leading technology to deliver data-driven feedback and customized lesson plans.

As a coach, you will graduate from GTU, leverage TECFIT and TECSWING, and provide a full range of services including outdoor lessons and club fitting. A strong coaching background and PGA affiliation are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in golf instruction or club fitting preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Affiliation with PGA/LPGA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from GOLFTEC University and complete GTU training.
• Utilize the technology to help clients play better golf.
• Create customized lesson plans and content for students of varying levels.
• Provide TECFIT club fitting and on-course/outdoor/short game lessons as part of services.
• Maintain the Training Center environment, equipment and technology.
• Open and close the Training Center daily and participate in ongoing education.
