Job summary

GOLFTEC Las Vegas is seeking a Certified Personal Coach to join a national network of golf instructors. You will participate in GOLFTEC University training and use leading technology to build personalized lesson plans, delivering coaching across range, short game, and on-course sessions.

As part of a collaborative team, you will contribute to student outcomes and ongoing program development while embracing GOLFTEC core values.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of golf instruction or club fitting preferred.
• Knowledge of golf swing mechanics is highly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to stand, bend, kneel or crouch for extended periods and lift items weighing more than 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from GOLFTEC University and complete training program.
• Utilize technology to help players improve their game.
• Recommend teaching content for custom lesson plans.
• Provide GOLFTEC services for students, including TECFIT Club Fitting and various lessons.
• Create a high-level experience for students in training bays and beyond.
• Use GOLFTEC software like Optimotion and TECSWING.
• Maintain Training Center equipment and environment.
• Perform daily opening and closing functions.
• Participate in continuing education and uphold core values.
