Job summary

GOLFTEC Houston Galleria is seeking a Certified Personal Coach to join a national team of golf instructors. You will complete GTU training, use state-of-the-art technology to help students play better golf, and tailor lesson content for players of all levels.

The role emphasizes teamwork, ongoing education, and delivering exceptional client experiences. You will train and coach in a dynamic center, participate in ongoing professional development, and contribute to a strong, value-driven culture

Qualifications

• 2+ years of golf instruction or club fitting preferred.
• Prior knowledge of golf swing mechanics highly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborate in a professional, team-based environment.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel or crouch for extended periods and lift items over 30 pounds.
• PGA/LPGA affiliation a plus.
• Graduation from a PGM program a plus.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from GOLFTEC University, GTU training program.
• Utilize the best technology to help players improve.
• Recommend teaching content for custom lesson plans.
• Provide services including TECFIT Club Fitting, outdoor lessons, and short game sessions.
• Create a high-level experience for students inside and outside training bays.
• Use GOLFTEC technology like Optimotion and TECSWING.
• Maintain the Training Center environment and equipment.
• Perform daily opening & closing functions.
• Participate in continuing education (distance learning, seminars).
