Job summary

GOLFTEC Tempe is seeking a Certified Personal Coach to join a national network of golf instructors. You will complete the GTU training, leverage industry-leading tech to improve players’ games, and tailor lesson plans with TECFIT and TECSWING tools. A collaborative, team-focused environment supports ongoing education and career growth.

You will contribute to engaging student experiences both inside training bays and during outdoor sessions, while upholding our Be Good and Team First values.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of golf instruction or club fitting experience preferred.
• Prior knowledge of golf swing mechanics preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Team-based collaboration in a professional environment.
• Must be able to stand, bend, kneel or crouch, and lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from GOLFTEC University (GTU) training program.
• Use technology to help players improve golf performance.
• Recommend teaching content for customized lesson plans.
• Provide TECFIT Club Fitting, outdoor playing, and short game lessons.
• Create positive experiences inside and outside training bays.
• Operate with Optimotion and TECSWING software; maintain equipment.
• Open and close Training Center daily; participate in ongoing education.
