Job summary

Quality Custom Distribution is hiring a Warehouse Selector in Phoenix, AZ. You will be part of a fast-paced warehouse team, moving, picking, and delivering products with accuracy and efficiency in a controlled environment.

You’ll work with voice-directed picking, RF scanners, and forklifts, ensuring safety and quality across all steps from receiving to shipping. This role requires physical activity and holiday/weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Comfort working in varying temperatures including freezer and cooler environments.
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork skills, and commitment to safety.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and handheld scanners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate material handling equipment: pallet jacks and forklifts (certification required for forklift).
• Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments and verify accuracy of orders and product quality.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company standards.
• Use warehouse technology (RF scanners, inventory systems) to track orders and inventory.
• Follow all QIP and sanitation policies and safety protocols.
