Job summary

Construction Resources in Orlando, FL is seeking a detail‑oriented Warehouse Picker/Receiver to support day‑to‑day operations. You will load and unload inbound/outbound trucks, pick and consolidate customer orders, and help maintain accurate inventory.

This full‑time role requires the ability to lift 50–75 lbs, operate forklifts/reach machines, and work Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm. You will collaborate with the Tile Warehouse Manager and teammates to keep materials organized

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move heavy boxes 50-75 lbs regularly.
• Knowledge and experience with forklifts and reach machines (1+ year).
• Reliable transportation to get to and from work.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Availability to work Monday–Friday 7:30 am–5:00 pm.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to ensure all work aligns with company standards.
• Load and unload inbound/outbound trucks in a timely manner.
• Organize and store material in designated locations.
• Communicate inventory issues to the Tile Warehouse Manager.
• Pull customer orders onto consolidated pallets and wrap for delivery.
• Assist in container receipt process and participate in projects to improve operations.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and collaborate with coworkers.
