Job summary

Refresco is seeking a warehouse associate in the United States, NC region, to support loading/unloading, material handling, and production line readiness. The role emphasizes forklift operation, SAP-based tasks, and strict adherence to GMP and PPE policies.

You will work in a fast-paced plant environment with exposure to varying temperatures and noise. The position requires reliability, basic computer skills, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Read and write basic instructions in the location language.
• Capable of performing basic computer functions.
• Demonstrates basic operation of powered industrial trucks.
• Forklift certified by an approved Refresco trainer.
• Able to identify and resolve operational issues quickly.
• Familiar with warehouse management software for inventory/logistics.
• Basic computer skills for production software and data logging.
• Can analyze data and process parameters to optimize production.
• Participates in safety audits to ensure a safe workplace.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to health, safety, GMPs and PPE requirements in warehouse/production areas.
• Load/unload materials from trucks and verify quantities.
• Use SAP VMU on forklifts and perform SAP-based warehouse tasks.
• Operate powered industrial trucks in a high-paced environment.
• Supply raw materials to production lines as needed.
• Perform pre-trip forklift inspections and handle battery changes safely.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and represent the company positively.
• May perform production machine operation duties as assigned.
