Job summary

Refresco in Tampa, FL is seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operator to support production lines and material flow. You will load/unload trucks, move raw materials, and maintain SAP VMU records while adhering to GMPs and PPE requirements to ensure safety and quality.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and at least 3 years in a manufacturing setting, forklift certification, and familiarity with warehouse software. This is a full-time role with shift flexibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Forklift certified and able to operate PITs safely.
• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload raw materials from incoming trucks and transport to designated areas.
• Validate quantities using Blind Count Sheets or SAP transactions on forklift VMU.
• Supply raw materials to production lines as required.
• Perform pre-trip forklift inspections and maintain safety procedures.
• Maintain clean/organized work areas and adhere to GMPs and PPE requirements.
• Operate forklifts in a high-paced environment and follow leadership directions.
