Job summary

Refresco is seeking a Warehouse/Forklift Operator to join our production support team in Wilson, NC. The role involves loading and unloading raw materials, operating forklifts, and feeding materials to production lines while maintaining strict safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will be forklift-certified, comfortable with SAP systems and VMUs, and capable of basic data logging. Overtime and weekend work may be required in a fast-paced beverage manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Read and write job instructions in required language.
• Perform basic computer functions for inventory/logging.
• Operate powered industrial trucks and be forklift-certified.
• Follow safety protocols and GMP/SQF standards.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload raw materials from incoming trucks.
• Verify quantities and document using SAP/VMU.
• Provide materials to production lines as required.
• Perform pre-trip forklift inspections and safety procedures.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas during shifts.
• Represent the company positively at all times.
