Job summary

Refresco is seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operator in Tampa, FL to support production by loading/unloading materials, moving pallets, and maintaining accurate counts in SAP. You will operate PITs, complete pre-trip inspections, and follow GMP, PPE and safety policies in a fast-paced plant.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and 3+ years of manufacturing experience. Forklift certification is required, and familiarity with warehouse management software is a plus.

Qualifications

• Able to read and write job instructions in English.
• Basic computer skills and SAP familiarity.
• Forklift certification by Refresco trainer.
• Strong problem-solving and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload raw materials from trucks and move to designated areas.
• Validate quantities using Blind Count Sheets and SAP.
• Operate forklifts and VMU; perform pre-trip inspections.
• Supply materials to production lines and maintain clean work areas.
• Adhere to GMPs, PPE, and safety policies; represent the company positively.
• May perform production machine duties as needed.
