Job summary

Refresco is seeking a Forklift Operator to safely load and unload materials and support production lines in a high-volume facility. You will operate powered industrial trucks, complete VMU and SAP transactions, and keep work areas clean and compliant with GMP/SQF standards.

Required are a high school diploma or GED, forklift certification, and 3+ years of manufacturing experience. The role is on-site with varying shifts and adherence to safety PPE protocols.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Forklift certification from an approved trainer.
• Ability to read and write job instructions; basic computer skills expected.
• Familiarity with SAP transactions and VMU on forklifts.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload raw materials from trucks and move them to designated areas.
• Supply raw materials to production lines as needed.
• Perform pre-trip forklift inspections and battery changes.
• Operate powered industrial trucks in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas and adhere to safety PPE guidelines.
