Job summary

REFRESCO is seeking a Forklift Operator to safely operate powered industrial trucks, load and unload trucks, and support production lines. The role requires in-house forklift certification, adherence to GMP and PPE guidelines, and basic SAP usage for material handling.

You will perform pre-trip inspections, maintain clean work areas, and participate in safety audits while representing Refresco professionally. Weekday schedules with potential overtime in a fast-paced plant environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Forklift certified by Refresco trainer or approved equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial trucks safely and efficiently.
• Load/unload trucks with raw materials or finished goods.
• Transport materials to designated areas and support production lines as needed.
• Perform pre-trip inspections and follow battery/propane guidelines.
• Maintain clean work areas and adhere to PPE and GMP standards.
• Represent Refresco positively and follow safety audits.
