Job summary

Refresco, a world-leading beverage bottler, seeks a Warehouse/Material Handler at our Indiana production site in Greendale. You will load/unload materials, operate forklifts, use SAP VMU, and ensure safety and GMP compliance in a fast-paced plant.

You must be forklift certified, read and follow job instructions, and maintain output while safeguarding quality. Flexible shifts including evenings/weekends with overtime support a safe, clean work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Forklift certification required.
• Ability to read and write job instructions.
• Able to operate powered industrial trucks safely.
• Familiarity with warehouse management software.
• Basic computer skills for logging data.
• Analytical mindset to optimize production.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMPs, health, safety policies, and PPE requirements.
• Load/unload raw materials from trucks and transport to designated areas.
• Validate quantities using Blind Count Sheets or SAP transactions.
• Operate forklift VMU and RAM using SAP in warehouse tasks.
• Perform pre-trip forklift inspections and follow safety protocols.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas throughout shifts.
• Represent Refresco positively and follow leadership directions.
• Potential production machine operation duties as needed.
