The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing, configuring, supporting, and optimizing the EpicCare Ambulatory module to improve outpatient clinical workflows and patient care solutions.

The role requires collaboration with physicians, clinicians, and cross-functional technical teams, 3+ years of EpicCare Ambulatory work, and EpicCare Ambulatory Certification.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on EpicCare Ambulatory experience.
• EpicCare Ambulatory Certification is mandatory.
• Experience configuring, implementing, and supporting EpicCare Ambulatory.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and support the EpicCare Ambulatory application.
• Gather and document clinical requirements from ambulatory care stakeholders.
• Design, test, deploy enhancements and system changes.
• Support outpatient workflows, provider documentation, and order management.
• Perform testing and user acceptance testing.
