Job summary

Brandon Wilde, located in Greenwood Village South, is seeking a Certified Dietary Manager to lead the food service operations. You will play a vital role in enhancing the dining experience for our residents while ensuring quality and compliance with standards. This position offers supportive leadership and a generous budget for creativity in meal preparation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of food service leadership experience, preferably in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Health Center dining staff.
• Assist with menu planning based on resident needs and preferences.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and regulatory standards.
• Oversee food ordering and inventory with culinary team.
• Maintain accurate diet records and tray card systems.
• Participate in QAPI and leadership meetings.
• Conduct monthly staff in-services and training.
• Elevate dining presentation and overall resident experience.
• Model and promote a culture of hospitality and respect.
