Job Description
The Clinical Dietitian will engage with randomized patients as they receive lifestyle management SOPs at 8-12-week increments throughout the study. The role involves creating diet and exercise goals aligned with the study's lifestyle protocol and teaching participants how to accurately record their physical activity and food intake using the materials provided by the study.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with randomized patients during their 12-week lifestyle management SOPs.
- Create and implement diet and exercise goals in adherence to the lifestyle protocol of the study.
- Educate participants on how to document physical activity and food intake using study-provided materials.
- Determine patient eligibility for study participation based on established inclusion and exclusion criteria.
- Manage a patient load of approximately 45 individuals.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in nutrition and health education.
Work Environment
The work environment involves engaging with patients in a study setting, following specific lifestyle management protocols. The role requires adherence to study guidelines and meticulous documentation of patient progress.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $50.00/hr.
