Job summary

U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join a cross-functional team providing dialysis treatment and patient care under RN or Charge Nurse supervision.

You will monitor vital signs, prepare and operate dialysis machines, and follow safety protocols to ensure high-quality care. The role requires a High School diploma, a desire to work in healthcare, and certifications such as CPR within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients.
• Previous healthcare experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.
• Ability to safely mix and prepare chemical solutions following strict safety protocols.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality dialysis treatment and monitor patient vital signs.
• Prepare machines, clean and disinfect equipment, perform safety checks and log results.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and participate in required staff meetings and training.
