Job summary

U.S. Renal Care, Inc. is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join our interdisciplinary team.

You will work under a Registered Nurse or Charge Nurse to support dialysis treatment and perform delegated duties. You will monitor vital signs, assist with initiating and terminating treatment, collect samples, and help maintain safety and quality by disinfecting machines and logging checks. This role requires a high school diploma, a desire to care for patients, and the ability to handle acids

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients.
• Previous healthcare experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.
• Must be comfortable mixing acids and bicarbonate according to protocol.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, comfortable dialysis treatment and monitor vital signs.
• Prepare machines, clean and disinfect, and log safety checks per protocol.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team under supervision of a Charge Nurse; participate in meetings and trainings.
