Qualifications

• Must meet all applicable state and federal requirements for this position.
• Prefer 6 months or more of experience in a home care, assisted living, or long-term care facility.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADL tasks (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility) with dignity and safety.
• Assist with moving and transferring residents using safe techniques.
• Communicate observations and any changes in resident condition to a supervisor promptly.
• Encourage residents to socialize and participate in activities and outings as needed.
• Assist with medication administration according to provider instructions and document outcomes.
