Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking dedicated caregivers to support children with special needs, helping them develop social and communication skills and follow structured behavior plans. Key responsibilities include documenting child progress and milestones and implementing plans created by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts.

Candidates should have a passion for this work, strong communication skills, a high school diploma or equivalent, and be at least 18 years old.
