Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. in Roseville, CA is seeking staff to help children improve social and communication skills and document progress. You will implement behavior plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts and support families in home-based or clinical settings.

Ideal candidates have a passion for working with children with special needs, strong communication, and meet the minimum education requirement. Evening and weekend hours may be available.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children with special needs.
• Strong communication skills.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Completion of college coursework in psychology, education, social work, behavioral science, human development, or a minimum of one year experience with children in roles such as: Child Development, Camp Counselor, Paraprofessional, Behavioral Interventionist, ABA Therapist, or Behavior Technician.
