Yoh Health Care is seeking a full-time Certified Athletic Trainer-Clinical Injury Prevention Specialist in Princeton, IN. The role focuses on early intervention, ergonomic assessments, and injury prevention programs within a collaborative environment.

The successful candidate will have a BOC Certification, BLS/CPR, and preferred ergonomic specialization, with new grads welcome. Competitive benefits and a supportive team culture are offered.

Formación

• Bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited Athletic Training program.
• Current BOC Certified Athletic Trainer.
• Certification in basic life support (BLS/CPR) required; ACLS may be required based on contract scope.
• Certification in Ergonomic Specialty preferred.
• Experience or knowledge of OSHA regulations preferred.
• New grads are welcome to apply.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement early intervention programs with musculoskeletal exams and injury prevention education.
• Perform ergonomic assessments to identify high-risk tasks and recommend prevention strategies.
• Lead group and individual training on functional movement and job simulation.
• Coordinate with on-site medical and safety teams on patient care and workplace countermeasures.
• Document assessments, recommendations, and outcomes clearly and promptly.
• Maintain accurate patient health records and participate in meetings as needed.

Hours: Monday-Thursday, 12PM-9:30PM with a 4-hour flex day on Friday

What You'll Be Doing:

• Develop and implement early intervention program consisting of performing comprehensive musculoskeletal examination, providing first aid per OSHA standards and education on injury prevention
• Perform physical demand and ergonomic assessments to identify high-risk tasks and recommend preventive strategies
• Lead group and individual training on functional movement, job simulation, and injury prevention programs
• Collaborate with on-site medical and safety teams to coordinate care and recommend workplace countermeasures
• Document assessments, recommendations, and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner
• Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
• Participate in meetings and task forces
• Other duties as assigned

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited professional Athletic Training education program
• Current BOC Certified Athletic Trainer
• Current certification with hands-on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required based on contract scope of services
• Certification in specialty areas (Ergonomic Specialty) preferred
• Experience in Occupational Health and Safety; Knowledge of current OSHA regulations preferred
• Experience in Ergonomics preferred
